The 2213 14th Street project encompasses 8,300 SF, featuring a fourth-floor transfer deck atop an existing three-story building. The construction includes four additional levels of slab-on-metal deck above, utilizing 1,146 cubic yards of concrete to support the new structure.
1628 11th Street
The 1628 11th Street project involves the renovation of an existing two-story building, expanding it to a five-story structure with 32 multifamily units. The scope includes three new levels of post-tension cast-in-place slabs with a penthouse roof. Additionally, a new auto elevator is being installed in the basement, along with a rear expansion of the building to the first-floor level, covering an 8,000 SF footprint.
